These Terms apply to Health Export, HeyShifu, Cropperoo, and related services.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction to use the services.
3. License Grant
For Health Export, Nifty Machines grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the app on Apple-branded devices you own or control, in accordance with Apple's App Store Terms of Service.
For HeyShifu and Cropperoo, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the web services for their intended purpose.
4. Ownership and Restrictions
The services, including software, design, text, graphics, logos, icons, and intellectual property, are owned by or licensed to Nifty Machines. You do not acquire ownership rights by using the services.
- Do not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the services.
- Do not reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code except where permitted by law.
- Do not use the services for unlawful, abusive, or harmful purposes.
- Do not interfere with service integrity, performance, security, or access controls.
5. User Content and Data
You retain ownership of content, files, or data you upload, input, or generate. You grant Nifty Machines a limited license to process your content solely to provide and operate the services.
6. Health-Related Disclaimer
Health Export is provided for informational and organizational purposes only. It is not a medical device, does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and does not create a doctor-patient relationship.
7. Privacy and Payments
Your use of the services is governed by our Privacy Policy. Some services may offer paid features or subscriptions. Billing, renewals, and refunds are governed by the platform through which you purchased.
8. Third-Party Services
The services may interact with or link to third-party services. Nifty Machines is not responsible for third-party services, content, or policies.
9. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nifty Machines is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
10. Termination and Changes
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms. We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
11. Apple-Specific Terms
For Health Export users, Apple is not a party to this Agreement, has no obligation to provide support, is not responsible for claims related to the app, and is a third-party beneficiary of this Agreement.
