These terms apply to your use of Cropperoo. They supplement the Nifty Machines Terms of Use and End User License Agreement.
1. License
Subject to your compliance with these terms, Nifty Machines grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Cropperoo for its intended purpose.
2. Ownership
The product, software, design, text, graphics, logos, and intellectual property are owned by or licensed to Nifty Machines. You do not acquire ownership rights by using the product.
3. Restrictions
- Do not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the product.
- Do not reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code except where permitted by law.
- Do not use the product for unlawful, abusive, or harmful purposes.
- Do not interfere with security, access controls, or service performance.
4. Your Content
You retain ownership of content, files, or data you upload, input, or generate. You grant Nifty Machines a limited license to process it solely to provide and operate Cropperoo.
5. Disclaimer
Cropperoo is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
